Her work focuses on improving operating models, strengthening software delivery processes, and producing measurable business outcomes.
Through consulting engagements at All4Agile, she has worked with distributed teams at McKinsey & Capital Bank of Jordan, Ford Otosan, and Yemeksepeti; across LATAM at Sovos; and in the US and UK markets at Hopin and Boomset. Her work with teams in India and the Philippines at ASIS strengthened her leadership capabilities in organizations spanning cultures and time zones.
